Long-standing door locking system defective. Hm what to do? Good advice is expensive, so tried to obtain a replacement through the manufacturer etc. Over 10 years ago, oh this could take a while. After more than a week, I became slowly restless and contacted the security technology Falke. What can I say 👍 the important values measured, communicated, and promptly the response: no problem, we have that. The next day drove to Potsdam City, analyzed the weak point, installed the replacement main lock, and 20 minutes later it was done. Of course, it had its price, but that was help as it should be. Thank you.

Unfortunately absolutely incompetent employees, although some were at least nice. The experts from the company Falke were unable to replicate a standard camper van key despite corrections. Since they offer a WhatsApp contact through their homepage, I tried to reach out again via that (I will attach the WhatsApp afterwards). Unfortunately, this was also not answered, which is why I ended up with only trouble and a bad mood for €18.90, but unfortunately no functioning key. Here is the unanswered WhatsApp: "Dear Sir or Madam, we had a key made for our camper van yesterday in Potsdam. After 3 employees were involved in the discussion about the suitable blank, a key was made for €18.90 with the statement that it would not be a problem if it did not fit, we should just get in touch again. Unfortunately, we had to do this today as well because the key did not even fit into the lock. Today we encountered a 4th employee, who did not tire of "educating" us with false statements about warranty law but unfortunately could not offer a suitable solution, as the appropriate blank will not be delivered until Monday and in his opinion it is reasonable for the customer to wait until then, even if one is just passing through. A very unpleasant person, who has not heard anything about service and customer orientation. He then re-ground the faulty key. Unfortunately without success, it still does not fit. Although we are hardly motivated to continue to be annoyed after today's experience with your condescending employee, I still believe that you can offer a customer-friendly and satisfactory solution. Waiting until Monday for the blank cannot be the suitable solution, as we are just passing through and assumed that a camper van key would not pose any problems for a professional company. We would be happy to come to the store again tomorrow if you can offer a solution. Best regards*

After today, unfortunately, a highly untrustworthy company tried to open the door in vain, fortunately, the company Falke Sicherheitstechnik came and was able to solve the problem in no time. Super nice and competent gentleman who saved our behind and the evening today;-) Absolutely trustworthy and fair prices. Thank you very much!!! We hope we won't need a locksmith again so soon, but if we do, at least we know who we can call.
